Main frame: The longitudinal and transverse beams of our low bed semi-trailer are made of Q355 high-strength steel through integral bending and full penetration welding, effectively resisting bending deformation under heavy loads and extreme weather conditions

Spring loaded ramp core: Each side ramp is supported by two thick large spiral springs; The thickened cast hinge structure avoids fracture under frequent vehicle load impacts

Platform surface: The diamond patterned steel floor increases the friction coefficient, firmly locking the tracked construction machinery and avoiding displacement during bumpy road transportation

Packaging And Transportation

Our 2-axle low bed semi-trailer mainly adopts two mainstream export packaging and transportation solutions based on the customer's order quantity and destination port:

Full container shipping: For small batch orders (1-3 units), we remove some ramp and wheel components, fix all spare parts with rust proof packaging film, load the entire trailer into a 40HQ standard dry container, and fix it inside the container with steel wire ropes and wooden blocks to avoid collision damage during sea transportation; The surface is coated with anti rust primer, which is used for anti-corrosion during long-distance navigation.

Roll on/roll off/bulk cargo ship transportation: For bulk cargo orders of 5 or more vehicles, the finished low bed semi-trailer is directly driven onto the roll on/roll off ship deck or bulk cargo compartment, and the trailer chassis is fixed with steel chains and anti slip pads; The whole vehicle is wrapped with weatherproof plastic film to resist the sea water spray and sunlight during shipping.
