Material: The cargo compartment is made of 8-12mm thick manganese steel plate, and the side panels and rear doors are reinforced with welded ribs to avoid deformation under strong impact; The chassis frame is made of high-strength structural steel and has torsional resistance.

Core components: The vehicle is equipped with thickened leaf spring suspension and reinforced heavy-duty drive axle to withstand overload; The headlights are wrapped in metal protective nets to prevent damage from collisions at the construction site; The original enclosed cab is equipped with a complete interior, providing comfort for long-distance driving.

Packaging And Transportation

We adopt three mature export transportation modes for finished howo 8X4 dump truck:

Land Pre-transport: Finished trucks are loaded onto low-bed flatbed semi-trailer for inland delivery from our factory to coastal port;

Port Stowage: Two mainstream ocean shipment ways: ① Break bulk vessel: Use port gantry crane to hoist whole truck into ship hold for bulk loading; ② Ro-ro ship: Drive intact dump truck directly into roll-on/roll-off cargo cabin;
